CHEW LLC is not a credit repair organization, does not offer credit repair services, and is not a "credit services organization" as defined in section 817.7001, Florida Statutes. CHEW does not prepare, file, submit, transmit, or communicate any dispute on a client's behalf, and does not dispute accurate information under any circumstance. Through CHEW Credit Lab, we teach clients how to review their own credit report and how to exercise their own rights under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act — including the right to dispute, directly with the consumer reporting agencies, any item the client attests they don't recognize or didn't authorize. Any dispute is prepared, signed, and filed by the client, in the client's own name. Accurate information cannot be permanently removed from a consumer credit report, and no result is guaranteed. We do not charge fees for credit repair.
